I met Mark when I was 50. My exercise consisted of lap swimming mostly (which I enjoyed), but I wasn’t shifting the weight. I had poor routines and inconsistent eating habits and always felt tired at work. With Mark’s encouragement and professional guidance and expertise, I developed a more balanced fitness and health program that not only helped me shed the KGs (20+) but improved my overall health - which my GP kindly points out every year I have the health check up.

Now as a 56yo, I haven’t felt the same fitness since I was a teenager.

Thanks to Mark, (and plenty of hard work), just about every aspect of my personal and work life has been positively impacted. I cannot recommend Mark highly enough.
