I found the combination of Marks food plan & his personal coaching to be really wonderful. I went into the program looking to lose 10kg. After the 11 weeks, I’d lost 13kg and felt fantastic! The food plan means eating lots (which I love), but it’s all about eating the right foods. 15 months later I still enjoy the eating routine & the weight has stayed off. Thanks Mark!!!
