Online Training/Remote Support

Ideal for when you are travelling for work, on leave, at home with the kids and more. We support Zoom, What’s App, FaceTime, Microsoft Teams, Webex. Don’t let time or geography be a road-block to your progress. An ideal Christmas gift. Prepaid for you or your loved ones.

Minimum consult time is 15mins.

TRAINING PACKAGES FAQs

  • The expiry date of you package commences from your first session and is contingent upon your training frequency.

    x 1 session per week for 10 sessions, then 10 weeks

    x 2 sessions per week for 10 sessions, then 5 weeks

    x1 session per week for 4 sessions, then 4 weeks

    x 2 sessions per week for 20sessions, then 10 weeks

    The idea is to obtain consistency and continually achieve result/s

  • You will incur a fee of $25 per session which is the same as a re - scheduling fee as per Mjs Terms of Business

  • Sessions confirmed within 24 hours and then cancelled will be fully charged. Flexibility will be provided where greater than 24 hours is provided or a medical certificate sighted.

Outdoor sessions are a minimum of 45 minutes plus travel and preparation time. eg From Studio (Doncaster) to Kew would be a 75 minute session
